Richco Toepfer
Manipul developed and installed an storage system for Piedra Buena Pier in Bahía Blanca Port, Province of Buenos Aires in 1994.
The installation is based on cell mechanized for cereals storage.
Basically, it is composed of long conveyor belts (biggest 700 meters) moving the whole plant issuing cereal in shipping port with 1000 T/h capacity.
Resides, it includes a central elevator with high capacity and loading and unloading conveyors in cells with electric distribution and load cars.
Besides, this conveyor system is based on air conveyor belts and elevators that link railway station with storage plant.
