Manipul developed, built and assembled an EOM (Electrical Overhead Monorail) with 5 work positions in order to build box and cabin for Ranger model.
This conveyor has 150 m long with 9 carriers for cabin and 9 for box fully automated.
Once the unit is raised by the hanger, empty skid remains in flat conveyor in order to go into an automated skids disarmament system.
When body is full assembled, they are transferred to a final conveyor line where it’s produced marriage between cabin and box.
After marriage, empty hangers go to look for another unit in order to start next cycle.
