The engineering, manufacturing and assembly of an air conveyor for the models Corsa and Agile were made in the plant of the city of Rosario, Province of Santa Fe.
This automatic conveyor transports the floor of the units from the welding cell to the assembly line of the car body works.
For this purpose, the support substructure, the inferior protections with their perimeter rails, the rolling rail in IPN 180 profile, in SAE1045 steel were built and two Demaq block and tackle of 500 kg of capacity each one were placed with their corresponding floor hanging device, built by Manipul.
Finally, the PLC programming was performed in order to carry out the corresponding sequences in an automatic way.
